Tower of Tables

The project re-imagines the highrise tower as a series of stacked pavilions

Each pavilion is surrounded by a green terrace

The podium contains a looping office space framing a lush forest courtyard

Ground level retail spaces continue the stacked table language

Site arrival is marked by the play of pavilions and timber interiors

A hybrid timber and steel structure achieves a carbon neutral tower
