5 Science Park Drive

5 Science Park Drive is the latest building in Singapore’s Science Park, Asia’s leading R&D and technology location.

The 26,000 sqm centre contains a large central common space, or ‘city room’.

This space is focused on collaboration, discussion and networking.

Large flexible floorplates are enveloped by a high-efficiency ‘accordion’ glazing system.

The design combines vision and spandrel glazing to maximise views while mitigating solar heat gain.

The façade is animated at night with a programmable LED light system.
