Our site will comprise a mix of uses including high-rise residential. An active and green ground plane aims to cohere the various sub-plots.
A 'creative boulevard' is proposed that will connect key transport nodes and stitch together new public amenities. Along the boulevard is a range of different workspaces and cultural venues.
