A range of rich and diverse section is created through this undulating coherent urban form. These differentiated volumetric envelopes hold the potential for the inhabitation of wide range of diverse types. At the same time, the resultants urban mass undulates to form fissures to allow the proposed park of the masterplan to be drawn into the heart of the new neighbourhood.
