Intimidated by the ambition of the client and the scale that ensues, we proposed an even larger scale: that of envisioning the mall as a neighbourhood of amenities and commerce. Unlike a building thus, this strategy allows the gradual growth, rectification and adjustments to the project as time unfolds.
