Location: Bratislava, Slovakia
With our avowed interest in the city, the competition to ‘masterplan’ a residential development made up of villas seemed like the antithesis to what should constitute the idea of the city. Not quite. We took this opportunity instead to rethink what constitutes the enabling ‘infrastructure’ in the form of boundaries that promote and enable differences to co-exist – in the city, this will take the form of the plot, surrounded and nourished by infrastructure of mobility.
