This attempt also marks a return to a more critical approach in projecting new ideas for the city, via dominant types. The role of typology here is both to question and reason through the transformative pressures that is exerted on the city through its building types and to find an alternative way of approaching the debate of its sustainability from a critical lens rather than from a technological one.
